Junior and Noah go to College

Junior and Noah go to college

On Friday, 5/14/2010, two of our kittens went to college! Students at Sonoma State as part of a classroom project had to put together a community service project. Their mentor is one of our shelter volunteers and directed them toward FFSC. We visited the campus on Friday with Noah and Junior and brochures. We had quite a bit of attention and lots of inquiries about helping further and volunteering. Since the students will be packing up and going home in the next couple of weeks, the group decided to do a clothing drive for Pick of the Litter. They'll be collecting items this coming week as a means of helping out our organization. Pictures of their adventure are attached.
